Tuition Fee Payment

1. Notification of payment method

Each faculty's bulletin board includes payment instructions. (Invoices will not be issued to individuals.)

2. Payment method

Payment is normally made by automatic bank transfer from the account specified by the student, but payment may also be made in cash at the payment desk.
Newly enrolled students will make their first automatic bank transfer payment for the fall semester. Automatic transfer will continue until graduation.

3. Changes to tuition fees

The university adheres to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's (MEXT) Standard Tuition Fee schedule, and these fees shall change in line with and changes to MEXT's fee schedule. (Changes will be announced on the bulletin board and elsewhere.)

*1 If you have completed procedures for payment by automatic bank transfer, please confirm that the required amount is in your account by the day before payment (Thursday, April 28, 2022 and Monday, October 31, 2022).
*2 If you are applying for a tuition fee exemption, no transfer will be made until a decision is made regarding your application.

5. Notifications of payments in arrears and dispatch of notification letters

Notifications of payments in arrears will be posted on the bulletin boards of each faculty, addressed to the individual concerned. When individuals are notified by letter, cosigners will also be notified.

6. Removal from the register due to non-payment

Please note that failure to pay tuition fees after repeated notification will lead to removal from the list of registered students.
